Term Of Service

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Mirage Jigsaw Matrix ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App") available through the Apple App Store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must consent to this Agreement on your behalf.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not use the App in any way that could damage or impair our services or networks.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
• Uploading viruses or malicious code.
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Using the App to harass, defame, or harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its features, content, and design, is the exclusive property of Mirage Jigsaw Matrix and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners.

7. User Content

If you submit, upload, or otherwise make available any content through the App, you retain ownership of such content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely in connection with providing and improving the App.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All in-app purchases are handled through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any payment disputes or refunds. You should review the App Store’s payment terms before making any purchases.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement, engage in unlawful conduct, or for any reason in our sole discretion. You may also stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mirage Jigsaw Matrix, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Your Jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

17. International Use

We do not represent that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Accessing the App from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited. If you access the App from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk.

18. Export Control

You agree not to use, export, or re-export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which you obtained the App. In particular, the App may not be exported or re-exported to embargoed countries or to anyone on U.S. government restricted lists.

19. Apple App Store Terms

If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• This Agreement is between you and Mirage Jigsaw Matrix, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any).
• You must comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the App.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us concerning the App and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications.
